Tomato Beet combined with Chili Salt becomes a delightful egg dish called Shakshuka, paired perfectly with avocado toast. The Citrus Agave can make mimosas in a pinch. As an addition to scones, the Lemon Syrup add tartness and depth. Let’s get cooking!

1 bottle of Morris Kitchen Citrus Agave Mixer
1 bottle of Morris Kitchen Preserved Lemon Syrup
1 Morris Kitchen Chili Salt blend tin
Bloody Mary Shakshuka Recipe
Ingredients
1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
8 ounces small or cherry tomatoes, halved
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon chili powder
1 bottle Morris Kitchen Tomato Beet mixer
Morris Kitchen Chili Salt, to taste
freshly ground pepper, to taste
6 large eggs
4 ounces feta or goat cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
toasted bread and avocado to serve
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil until shimmering.
Add onions, salt generously, and cook, stirring frequently until the onions begin to brown (about 10 minutes). Add garlic to skillet and cook until toasted (about 5 minutes). Add peppers and tomatoes and cook until they begin to soften (about 5 minutes).
Add cumin, paprika, chili powder and Tomato Beet Mixer and cook until slightly reduced (about 10 minutes). Crack eggs into skillet and scatter along with the feta and Chili Salt.
Cover skillet and bake until egg whites are set (about 5-7 minutes, to your liking). Remove from oven and top with cilantro. Serve with toasted bread and avocado slices.
