The Salt & Strawberry Recipe

Ingredients

• 1½ oz. white rum

• ½ oz. orange liqueur (we like Cointreau)

• 2 oz. Morris Kitchen Strawberry Rose Mixer

• 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice

• Morris Kitchen Hibiscus Salt

• 1/2 oz. red bitters (optional)

• Honey, salt, strawberry slice for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the serving glass by filling with ice, optional honey and Hibiscus Salt ring. Set aside.

2. Combine rum, liqueur, lime juice, bitters (optional) 2 oz. Strawberry Rose Mixer, and a small pinch of Hibiscus Salt in a shaker.

3. Add 4–6 ice cubes, cover, and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds. Double-strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a strawberry.
