White Squall

Ingredients
  • 2 oz bourbon whiskey (Bulleit or Maker's Mark)
  • 1 oz Morris Kitchen Ginger Syrup
  • 1 oz seltzer
  • ½ lime cut into two pieces

Instructions

  1. Place ice, Ginger Syrup and bourbon in a cocktail shaker
  2. Shake and drain into a highball glass
  3. Top with seltzer
  4. Squeeze juice from quartered lime piece and garnish with remaining quarter
