White Squall
serves 1
- 2 oz bourbon whiskey (Bulleit or Maker's Mark)
- 1 oz Morris Kitchen Ginger Syrup
- 1 oz seltzer
- ½ lime cut into two pieces
- Place ice, Ginger Syrup and bourbon in a cocktail shaker
- Shake and drain into a highball glass
- Top with seltzer
- Squeeze juice from quartered lime piece and garnish with remaining quarter
