Salt of the Earth Cocktail

• 2 oz ROOT 
• 1 tbsp Morris Kitchen Ginger Syrup
• 1 tbsp cream sherry
• Dash of Angostura Bitters

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake
2. Pour into a rock glass over a large ice cube
3. Garnish with shaved dark chocolate and course sea salt
