Salt of the Earth Cocktail
serves 1
- 2 oz ROOT
- 1 tbsp Morris Kitchen Ginger Syrup
- 1 tbsp cream sherry
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
- Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake
- Pour into a rock glass over a large ice cube
- Garnish with shaved dark chocolate and course sea salt
