Boiled Apple Cider Syrup Thanksgiving Stuffing

serves 4

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Sausage removed from casing
  • 2 tbsp Morris Kitchen Boiled Apple Cider Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp toasted Fennel Seed
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil 
  • 2 tbsp chopped Thyme
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cups Toasted and cubed baguette 
  • 1 cup chicken stock
Instructions
  1. In a small pan, toast fennel seeds, grind and set aside
  2. With olive oil, cook sausage and onions over high heat until carmalized
  3. Deglaze pan with mixture of apple syrup and apple cider vinegar
  4. Finnish with adding in remaining ingredients and stuff that turkey
